Lo- Dough Cream Tea

Lodough_cream_teaNow what can I say apart from I have been imagining this for a few days but wanted to save it for a time when I would really appreciate the yumminess! So after finishing work on a challenging Friday I knew today was the day my Cream Tea would be born…and disappear quite quickly too!

I don’t know about you but I am always hungry on a Friday when I finish work. I think it’s my mind saying ok, I have worked for you all week – now it’s treat time! It certainly was too, but in a far more healthier way than some!

This recipe is not complex, not difficult, not hard to remember and only contains very basic ingredients – in fact the easiest part is the cooking !

The two important ingredients are as follows

Lo-Dough – the revolutionary low carb bread alternative that just about covers all dietary requirements from gluten free, sugar free, high fibre, low carb etc. This product is so amazingly versatile that I will never just look at it as a wrap – it’s so much more!

The Jam Goddess Jams – you have a choice of 3 flavours – there’s no added sugars yet it’s remarkably lovely and sweet from the fruits natural sugars. It’s unbelievably low calorie for a jam and makes a delicious Coulis too!

Both products can be purchased online.
