To make a White Chocolate Blondie Mug Cake With Pistachios you will need

A microwaveable Mug and bowl and of course a microwave!

A food processor

Ingredients

1 piece of Lo-Dough blitzed into fine breadcrumbs – can be purchased here Low calorie bread alternative

1 extra large egg

1 sachet white chocolate options

3 tbsp milk

11 shelled unsalted pistachios roughly chopped(apx 1/3 hexb)

2 tsp sweetener

Method

In a bowl mix all ingredients together. Spoon the mix into your cup. Place uncovered in the microwave for two minutes. Leave to stand for five minutes – your mug cake will continue to cook during this time. Loosen the cake from the cup with a knife and turn onto a plate.
