I love salt and pepper flavoured food. I always feel like it’s from a takeaway like Salt and Pepper chips or Salt and Pepper Ribs. Today’s challenge was to incorporate that flavour into a substantially filling pizza that was very low syn but tasted amazing and indulgent. Lo-Dough is perfect for that at only 39 calories a piece and so versatile! You can purchase Lo-Dough here
I won’t waffle on as it’s all about the food!
