Porky Lights are still on the menu in our home!
So pleased to hear the Porky Light 'gate' may be coming to an end. I have got to say we have never found the copious amounts of fat reportedly in these sausages. In fact we have always found them lean and tasty!
Our favourite way to serve these delicious sausages is to cook them with a syn free onion gravy. Served with Spring onion mashed potatoes and vegetables
We are still licking our lips. I hope that these lovely sausages will soon return as 'Top Sausage'! Porky Whites
